About Digital Adept
Digital Adept is made by Cloud Adept Limited, a small software company in Bolton, England. It's built and run by Jon Melia, so when you get in touch, you're talking to the person who writes the software.
Why it exists
Jon is a DevOps engineer, not an SEO. He kept watching small agencies lose a day or more every month to reporting: copying numbers out of Search Console into slides, explaining charts nobody asked for, and still being asked “what did you do for us?”
That's an automation problem, and automation is his day job. So Digital Adept gathers each client's Google data, audits their website, tracks the work to done, and writes the report under the agency's own name, on schedule. A task only closes when a later check confirms the fix, so the report shows the client what actually changed.
How it's built
- Like production software, because it is. Tested on every change, monitored around the clock, backed up nightly, and restore-tested every month.
