Cookies

Applies from launch. Digital Adept isn't open to the public yet. Items in [square brackets] are filled in once the company's details are final.
Digital Adept uses only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep you signed in. There are no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, so there's nothing to accept and no banner to dismiss. Under the UK's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you ask for don't need consent; these are the only kind we use.
The cookies we set

Both are first-party cookies: they belong to the address you're using and are never shared with anyone else. The same applies on an agency's own report address and in the client portal, where the cookie belongs to that address.
Your browser's own storage
Your choice of light or dark mode is kept in your browser's own storage, not in a cookie, and never sent to us. Choose “Match device” to remove it.
Pages that aren't ours
- Paying for a plan happens on Stripe's checkout page, which sets its own cookies to prevent fraud, under Stripe's cookie policy.
- Connecting Google Search Console, Analytics or Business Profile happens on Google's pages, under Google's policies.
- The lead widget agencies put on their websites sets no cookies.
Turning cookies off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block ours, you won't be able to sign in, because signing in is all they do. Signing out removes the session cookie straight away; “Sign out on every device” (in Settings) also ends your sessions everywhere else.
